Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use CREATOR//CTRL, including its web/mobile experience, support features, and integrations made available through supported third-party platforms.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and using the service only for lawful creator-business purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have notified CREATOR//CTRL of unauthorized access.
Your content and business data
You retain your rights in content and business information you submit. You give CREATOR//CTRL permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and the features you choose to use.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services such as payment processors, social networks, hosting/database providers, email services, or AI providers. Their own terms and availability may also apply. A third-party integration is not considered connected or functional until the applicable authorization and technical requirements are completed.
AI-generated output
AI-assisted output may contain mistakes or require editing. You are responsible for reviewing generated content, commercial terms, captions, plans, or other output before relying on or publishing it. CREATOR//CTRL does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Payments and plans
Paid plans, setup services, or other purchases are charged at the price shown at checkout. Stripe or another disclosed payment provider may process the transaction. Any recurring plan terms are shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use CREATOR//CTRL to break the law, infringe another person's rights, misrepresent identity or authority, distribute malicious software, abuse integrations, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Service changes and availability
CREATOR//CTRL may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product develops. Some beta, AI, and third-party integration features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CREATOR//CTRL is provided without a guarantee that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
