This policy explains how CREATOR//CTRL handles information when you use the CREATOR//CTRL web/mobile experience, related support services, and any CREATOR//CTRL integration made available through ChatGPT or other supported platforms.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, CREATOR//CTRL may process account details, creator workspace data, client and brand records, projects, tasks, deals, deliverables, invoices, expenses, content plans, uploaded files, team information, support messages, product usage data, and social-account connection information.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. CREATOR//CTRL may receive transaction and subscription information needed to provide access and support, but does not need your full payment-card number to operate the service.
AI features
When you choose an AI-assisted feature, the information you submit to that feature may be sent to the AI infrastructure and model providers used by CREATOR//CTRL to generate the requested output. Only submit information that is appropriate for the task.
Social connections
If you connect a supported social account, CREATOR//CTRL may store account identifiers, authorization tokens, scopes, expiry information, and publishing history needed to provide the connection. Social publishing is enabled only for networks that are configured and authorized.
How information is used
- Provide and secure CREATOR//CTRL.
- Sync and organize creator-business data.
- Provide support, billing, analytics, and requested AI features.
- Operate optional integrations that you choose to connect.
- Diagnose problems and improve reliability and usability.
Service providers
CREATOR//CTRL uses service providers for hosting, databases/authentication, payments, email delivery, and AI functionality. Current infrastructure includes services such as Vercel, Neon, Stripe, and AI model/infrastructure providers used by the product.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. CREATOR//CTRL uses access controls and other technical safeguards designed to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose what data to add to your workspace and which third-party accounts to connect. Where account controls are available, you can update or remove workspace data, disconnect integrations, or request help through CREATOR//CTRL Support.
